The Team @ YGSD Training

Most of our instructors started out as instructors for The British Association for German Shepherd Dogs, completing the required course and qualifications. Additionally some have completed many other courses between them and continue to do so. New methods and techniques are constantly being developed and we like to think we embrace progress and change. This results in better training and gives handlers and dogs a more enjoyable and fulfilled life together.

At Yorkshire German Shepherd Dog Training we consider ourselves extremely lucky to have such a highly experienced and dedicated team consisting of committee members, instructors and volunteers. Without these the club would not run in the way that it does. They give their time willingly and without receiving any payment. Why? You may well ask. The answer is unanimous, it is all about our shared love for the German Shepherd Dog. Our common aim is to ensure that our GSDs are seen to be well behaved, well trained and an example to all of what a properly loved and trained dog can become.

We do request that you please do not feed our instructors. It only encourages them!
